Writer's Block: There Can Be Only One

I'll put it this way, I've never seen polyamory or "open marriage" work out. The people I've seen who tried it, it always seems like their relationships detonate at some point, with a high amount of damage and casualties.
That being said I understand that these things actually can work for people who are mature and are capable of communication and good boundary setting and a whole lot of other skills that the people I knew who tried polyamory, open marriage, and swinging did not have, so Your Mileage May Vary (And Probably Does).
